If you are an active member or pensioner of the Scheme, you will shortly receive a communication from us. The communication will set out the election process that will be followed to fill two member-elected Trustee Director vacancies.
If you are eligible under the Rules, you are invited to put yourself forward as a nominee in the election. The successful candidates will formally take office immediately before the Trustee Board meeting on 9 March 2023.
Being a Trustee is a big responsibility, but it is also rewarding. If you are eligible under the Rules and are interested in becoming a Trustee Director we recommend that you find out more about the role. The Rules for the election of Trustee Directors, the Trustee Role Description and the Nomination Election form are available online at www.cesvotes.com/enwl22.
