We sometimes need to contact members, to confirm that the information we hold for you is correct and up to date. To do this for our DB members, we work with the scheme administrator, Railpen, and global data company, LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

We sometimes need to contact members, to confirm that the information we hold for you is correct and up to date.

This helps us to prevent fraud and ensures we can continue to contact you with important information about your pension.

In order to do this for our DB members, we work with the scheme administrator, Railpen, and global data company, LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

LexisNexis works with lots of pension schemes like ours to help verify the information we hold for members, in line with guidance from The Pensions Regulator (TPR).

Neither Railpen, nor Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions, will ask you to provide personal information through unsecure methods, like social media, nor will they call you out of the blue.  Please stay vigilant and contact us if you’re unsure about any communications you receive.

You can also help to keep your details up to date directly by checking them and making any changes in your secure, online account.
